You will design and implement a step-by-step action plan with The Crossings' Circle of Life process and the support of a life and wellness coach. The group will also give and receive peer support. Reconnect with your true nature and heart's desires, and create forward momentum in your life.
In the 8-week wellness program, you will:

- Create a personal blueprint for change
- Take clearly defined action steps that are achievable each week
- Have group and coach accountability
- Learn strategies for stress mastery
- Learn self-care techniques
