FLOOR COORDINATOR

Responsibilities

  • Set up buffet (food, beverage, glassware, flatware, china, and trays).
  • Replenish food at the buffet, coordinating with cook to determine amount of food needed.
  • Oversee customer traffic flow, assist guests with any questions or special needs.
  • Assist in the general clean-up and maintenance of the Dining Hall, including helping in dishwashing room.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED, or one to three months related experience and/or training.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to speak effectively in front of a group of customers or employees.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
  • Must be able to lift 30 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Must be available to work flexible work schedule, including weekends.

SPA FRONT DESK REPRESENTATIVE

Responsibilities

  • Create a Five Star First Impression to all Wellness Center and Spa guests and visitors, providing superior customer service, explaining the Wellness Spa menu, being knowledgeable of pricing and available services.
  • Greet guests graciously in person and on the phone.
  • Effectively manage multi-line telephone system, answer customer inquiries and identify their needs, schedule spa appointments, and complete spa treatment computer transactions.
  • Check spa guests in and out before and after services.
  • Assist with retail center as needed.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
  • Must have 1-2 years customer service experience.
  • Must be available to work a flexible work schedule, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
  • Excellent computer skills a must, preferable with database software.
  • Proficient on Microsoft Office applications and Internet.
  • Familiarity with Property Management Systems or other reservations applications strongly preferred.
  • Reception, reservations, and hospitality experience a significant plus.

COOK

Responsibilities

  • Prep and cook for all the meals quickly and to the specifications of the Chef and Sous Chef.
  • Work with the Chef, Sous Chefs, and Shift Coordinators to maintain proper amounts of product being prepared.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary work area at all times.
  • Assist in maintaining the organization of the produce walk, the dairy walk-in, and the freezer.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year cooking experience required.
  • Experience in hotel/resort environment preferred.
  • Experience in hospitality industry preferred.
  • Degree from culinary school strongly preferred.
  • Must have good knife skills and be able to use kitchen tools effectively and safely.
  • Must be available to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Vegetarian meal production experience preferred but not required.
